REFUNDS
Due to the nature of custom order fulfillment, we are unable to provide refunds. However we are in contact with our customers
throughout the time an order is being made, and there will be plenty of opportunity to clarify all details such as extra measurements.
Our craftsmanship is of very high quality, and in 14 years of making embroidered coats there have been
no returns or complaints about quality. In the event a customer is unhappy with the quality of sewing, we will resolve the problem
by re-sewing the area in question. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to Sirius Spinning.
We will cover the shipping costs back to the customer.

Our Privacy and Security Policies are based on the policies of our online payment service provider PayPal Corp. ("PayPal"),
and encompass PayPal's policies in their entirety. Please visit the PayPal USER AGREEMENT
webpage for a complete overview of all Policies incorporated in your use of their payment services.

All online payment information required and exchanged through the Sirius Spinning website is processed entirely by
PayPal transaction systems, and governed by PayPal Policy and User Agreement with all Account holders. As such the PayPal

apply in their entirety in all transactions initiated from a page derived from the Sirius Spinning Product web server.
