CONFIRMATION
The ORDER FORM on this page covers all details of your order including style, colours and embroidery choices. Upon receipt of your order form, we will respond with a pricing invoice (including shipping charges) and confirmation of the details you have submitted.

PAYMENT

  • In Canada, payment may be made by cheque, money order, postal order, or PayPal (credit card / chequing account)
  • For U.S. and International orders, please pay by PayPal (credit card / chequing account) in Canadian or U.S. funds; a mid-market exchange rate will be confirmed by us - please consult XE.COM for typical exchange rate information
  • please check our PAYPAL Payment menu option to access PayPal account set-up

  • Due to the nature of custom order fulfillment, payment in full is required prior to making your order (Please note **OPTION below), and no refunds can be made after work on any order is commenced.
    However we will do our best to accomodate your requested changes such as embroidery colour or coat length.  This would generally apply only when work has not yet commenced on the order, and subject to invoice adjustment should additional work be required.
    Canadian customers will be charged applicable taxes.  International customers are responsible for paying any duties &/or taxes on their order.

    **OPTION: For Canadian and continental U.S. customers only, we can make your coat upon receiving a 50% deposit.  The balance owed, plus shipping charges, can be paid C.O.D. via courier.

    DELIVERY
    Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for making your coat.  It may take as little as 2 weeks depending on the current order load.   As soon as your payment is received and cleared we will send an e-mail providing a definite timeline.
